Sheridan, Wyoming

Practice for Sale
This sole proprietorship in Sheridan, Wyoming enjoys a reputation for highest standards of care and patient loyalty.  We helped introduce acupuncture and Chinese medicine to the region, and there is an evolving interest and appreciation for our ability to integrate into patients’ health and medical teams.  The rented office has been continuously located in Sheridan’s downtown historical post office building since it first opened on June 1, 2006.
The stable cash-based income with four-day work week is producing a valuation of  $40,326 – based on the average of the most recent two years’ income minus 30% for expenses. Our asking price is $25,000 for turn-key; $22,000 non-turn-key.  Buyer is responsible for financing. We would be glad to assist the new owner for one month after the closing date to ensure a smooth transition.
For more information, please email pra[at]actaccess[dot]net and we can set up phone and on-site visits.

If you are interested in purchasing a cash based practice that has an established patient base please call 303-883-9663.  I graduated from SWAC in Aug of 2014 and started a practice a few minutes south of Portland Oregon.  It has been a wonderful place to grow a practice and raise my teenage children.  I am moving out of the area this fall and I am looking for the perfect fit for my practice.  My practice is primarily based on Zang-Fu and Channel Theory diagnosis. My patient demographic is mostly women and men between the ages of 40-65.  I treat a wide range of issues but most of my practice is centered on metabolic, adrenal, and digestive issues, as well as pain.  I treat teens primarily for sports related injury or digestive issues.  For more information the link is below.
