Acupuncture Career Opportunities
Fort Collins, Colorado
We are a small, women owned and operated business in Fort Collins, CO. We currently have two providers and a receptionist and are looking for a skilled and caring Acupuncturist to be the 3rd provider on our team. Kimberley Benjamin is our owner and acupuncturist and Savannah Russell is our lead acupuncturist. We are located in beautiful Fort Collins, CO in a prime midtown location. We have a very busy and well-established office sharing space with Medical Massage, Naturopathic medicine and Thermography.
You are friendly with the public, sympathetic to people in pain, detail oriented, organized, and able to work well with others. You enjoy working with a team whose mission is help keep the community healthy using Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Because our company takes and bills insurance you are able to provide care to those that may not otherwise be able to gain access. Joining our team will allow you to help us with our mission of “getting people out of pain and back to life.” In addition, you enjoy treating infertility and children. You thrive for balance in your life and your schedule will allow for that by seeing patients 4 days a week and 3 consecutive days off. You are willing to work evenings and weekend days.
A day in the life of an acupuncturist at our clinic includes arriving at the clinic about 20 minutes before our first patient to make sure everything is ready for your first patient to arrive including getting your charts opened and ready. Your workstation is in a shared office with Naturopathic Doctors and you are able to chat with them before you start your clinic shift. Patients are seen every 20 minutes so sometimes it’s busy while other times it’s slower and provides time to get paperwork and marketing tasks completed. Checking in and socializing with the front desk staff in the back office is welcome and encouraged. There is often music playing in the back office with laughter and joking- many of us have been working together for many years. There is a back patio to enjoy a break or lunch. There is an annual company retreat that includes an overnight stay at an off site location to build relationships, strategize company policies, and set goals for the year. Happy hour is typically scheduled quarterly to socialize with the providers and other people we share space with.
Vision and Mission:
At Fort Collins Family Acupuncture, our mission is to “to get you out of pain and back to life” in addition to providing outstanding care to our patients from start to finish. We want them to feel comfortable so that they will continue coming back and refer their friends and family to us.
Our vision is to provide our community with a chance to experience Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in a safe, accessible, and effective way that encourages them to come back and share the exceptional care we provide with their friends and family. We strive to create a space for a group of acupuncture providers to focus on what they were trained to do and not worry about running the business.

I own and run a VERY busy family Acupuncture practice which is trying to expand like nuts and way more than my two hands can handle. I’m currently getting calls for 5-10 new patients a week that I have to turn away because I’m full…and they could be YOUR patients! You want to live in a super chill community and be a part of a family practice….you truly love working with people and helping them find their balance...Then read on baby!
You must be able to accept insurance (I believe that means 2+ years in practice.) I have mostly an insurance practice. Large age ranges but lots of seniors. I use Unified Practice for charting and Holistic Billing for insurance billing. It’s a snap.
Compensation is based on how many clients you see a week and truly the sky is the limit. If you have been in practice for more than five years we can discuss these rates. Please remember that I pay for everything from Needles and Cotton to Rent and all office and business costs.
1-30 patients a week you get $50/patient
Over 30 patients a week you get $55/Patient
I believe in bonuses at random times too bc I love unscheduled bundles of joy! I think this is a very very competitive pay for this area. If you are interested let’s connect and see if you are a fit.
There are 3 treatment rooms if you like to run Multiple rooms, but we have very strict Covid guidelines right now so those always have to come first. I can tell you how I do it. I'm super excited to meet you and share this wonderful practice. There is, for the right person, an option to purchase this practice down the line as well.
We are located btw in Poulsbo, Wa which is just a hop skip and jump from Seattle but feels like you are in a little community. 15 minutes away is Bainbridge Island. 40 minutes away is Historic Port Townsend. 15 min away is the adorable Port Gamble. There is art and outdoors to the max here and the air smells so Fresh! It’s mountain and water air mixed and you will fall in love, I assure you. (But yes, it does rain here….and yes…you do get used to it!)
Thank you for your interest!
