Baker City, Oregon
Practice for Sale in Beautiful Eastern Oregon
Great Income • Low Cost of Living • Small Town Charm • Beautiful Nature
Happy new year, fellow acupuncturist! My name’s Leah Michel, and I'm writing this from my office overlooking the beautiful Elkhorn mountains, in Eastern Oregon. I’m writing to let you know that I’ve put my practice, Pin and Tonics Acupuncture & Herbs, on the market:
I’ve owned Pin and Tonics for over 7 years, and I’m so satisfied with how established it has become as the only acupuncture practice here in Baker City, Oregon. It's also been wonderful to earn a very comfortable living working part-time.
However, I feel that it’s time for a change. I’ve decided to heed my heart’s call to move away from acupuncture and focus on pregnancy support. (I’ll be taking advantage of my EU citizenship and moving to Italy to do so!) The result: I am selling my practice—the only acupuncture practice in this beautiful area. I like to say that Pin and Tonics is proof that you can have your cake and eat it too: I’ve enjoyed the idyllic charm of small-town life in a beautiful natural setting, all the while making a very comfortable living.
Imagine amazing office views of the Elkhorn Mountains, earning close to $100,000 per year
working only 2.5 days per week with up to 8 weeks off for vacation.
Cost of living is low, and quality of life is high, with:
● a historic downtown full of commerce,
● fresh food from local farms,
● tons of outdoor activities,
● … and all within a short drive to a major city (Boise).
