Western Arizona

Practice for Sale.

For a moderately small investment, you can own an established, highly-regarded acupuncture practice that is rurally based with a regional draw.  It fills a unique niche; there are zero other licensed practitioners in a population base of 100,000 plus residents.  As the more rural areas become attractive to city dwellers, this turnkey practice has a solid professional presence and the area is ripe to expand the business into other wellness modalities.  Gain the competitive edge and enjoy low, low, low overhead.

Asking price is $30,000.  No owner financing is available.  Serious interested parties can email me at docbarb928[at]aol[dot]com.

Aztec, New Mexico

Acupuncture Practice for Sale

Retiring Doctor of Oriental Medicine is selling her practice.  Dr. Katherine Andersen is the sole New Mexico licensed acupuncturist in northwestern New Mexico.  She serves the Farmington, Bloomfield, Aztec area along with clients from the Jicarilla Apache reservation and the Navajo Nation, Durango, and beyond.

In her prime, Dr. Andersen made a comfortable six-figure income while working only three days per week.  Her practice is located in Aztec, New Mexico at 606 S. Rio Grande Ave.  Practice includes her client files, waiting room furniture, front desk accommodations and three treatment tables along with all accoutrements like space heaters, shelving, tapestries, etc.

Rent of office space is assumable, Andersen currently pays $750 per month.

Dr. Andersen's practice currently earns approximately $28,000 per year, but because of the demand and with no full time acupuncturists in the area, it could quickly be built to a thriving practice.  Two acupuncturists or an acupuncturist and massage therapist are ideal for this space, which has a waiting room, front office area, four treatment rooms (or three treatment rooms and private office space).

A graduating acupuncturist with a NM license is positioned perfectly to enter this practice with little to no competition in the area.

Asking price is $20,000 and is available on July 31.  Assets will be liquidated by the end of August should the practice not sell.  Jump on this offer!
